The story behind my therapy work.
After years working in demanding environments, supporting others, juggling responsibilities, and trying to hold everything together, I learned first‑hand how easily anxiety can take over. I know what it’s like to push through long days, carry the emotional load for everyone else, and still feel like you’re not doing enough.
There were times when I found myself overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected — functioning on the outside, but struggling internally. I slipped into patterns of overworking, withdrawing, and trying to cope alone. It took courage to admit I needed support, and even more courage to reach out for it.
Therapy helped me understand myself in a deeper, more compassionate way. It gave me clarity, steadiness, and the space to breathe again. It helped me recognise the beliefs and pressures that were driving my anxiety, and it taught me how to create boundaries, reconnect with my values, and move through life with more ease.
My aim now is to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, make sense of your emotional patterns, and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change. If any of this resonates, I’d love to offer you a free 15‑minute call — a gentle space to talk things through and see whether working together feels right for you.

A NOTE FROM DANIELLE
You don’t have to keep pushing through. Your mind and body are already telling you what needs attention — the tension, the overthinking, the heaviness, the exhaustion. These signals matter. They’re not weaknesses; they’re invitations to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and choose a different way forward.
